If you are experiencing problems redeeming your bundle code:

1. Make sure that the email that you made the purchase with is the same email that you have created a live.awol.io account with and log in with this email.

2. You may have already inadvertently redeemed your code. Go to your 'account', then 'orders' to check if your images are ready to download.

3. Please check your emails to see if your order link has been emailed to you already.

4. Please completely log out of live.awol.io, find you photo page and try to redeem you bundle code again.
