Please follow one of the following scenarios, based on how you made your purchase:
1) I ordered my photos on a third party website (such as during the registration process of an event)
Check your inbox for an email from the race organiser or registration provider. Your purchase should be specified on your confirmation email document. You will not receive a confirmation from AWOL until the day your photos become available (up to 5 working days after an event but usually sooner - keep an eye on our social media for updates)
2) I ordered a photo or bundle direct from awoladventure.com
Your payment will have been processed by Stripe - search your inbox for an email from "@stripe.com" with subject line "Your AWOL Adventure Ltd receipt". Be sure and check your Junk / Spam folder just in case. If there is nothing there, and you're sure you completed the payment, raise a support ticket giving us as much detail as you can, and we'll conduct an investigation.
In all cases, when photos become available (up to five working days) you will be notified that your images are available to view and download.
