Before an Event

Q: "I ordered too many bundles by mistake"

A: Please raise a support ticket to allow us to discuss your case.

After an Event:

Q: "I paid for a preorder bundle, but I haven't received any photos?"

A: It can take up to five working days for editing, tagging and uploading to complete. Please check your Email Inbox and Junk Folder for alerts from photos@awoladventure.com (make sure and add photos@awoladventure.com to your Safe List). Keep an eye on our social media for announcements too.

Q: "I paid for a preorder bundle, and I don't appear to have any tagged photos of me"

A: Navigate to the event you participated in, click "Search By Bib Number" and input your race number or surname. Once you've checked that there are no pictures of you, kindly raise a support ticket and we will deal with your query directly.

Important: Event Cancellation / Postponement

According to our Terms and Conditions, if an event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise altered for any reason including "Force Majeure" (typically weather, health or security related major events), we DO NOT offer refunds for any reason. However, we do offer a transfer of your order to any future event organised by the same Event Organiser - this will be free of charge.
