According to our Terms and Conditions, if an event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise altered for any reason including "Force Majeure" (typically weather, health or security related major events), we DO NOT offer refunds for any reason. However, we do offer a transfer of your order to any future event by the same Event Organiser - this will be free of charge.
